No physical shipping

All products sold through this store are domain names delivered electronically. No parcel or physical item is shipped and no shipping charge should apply.

Transfer process

  1. After payment confirmation, we email the buyer at the address used during checkout.
  2. We confirm the receiving registrar and account details.
  3. We deliver by internal account push, registrant change or registrar authorisation code, depending on the domain and registrar.
  4. The buyer accepts or completes the transfer and confirms control.

Expected timing

We normally begin within two business days. An internal account push can complete quickly; an inter-registrar transfer commonly takes one to seven days. Registry rules, identity checks, transfer locks, recent registration or contact changes and the buyer’s response time can extend this period.

Renewal and DNS

The listing or order confirmation states what is included. Unless expressly stated otherwise, future renewal fees, hosting, email and DNS configuration are not included. The buyer becomes responsible for renewal and technical configuration when control passes.
