Domain names are individually identified digital assets. They are not shipped physical goods and cannot normally be returned after control has been delivered.

Before transfer begins

If you need to cancel, contact info@blnglobal.business immediately. If transfer work has not begun and no non-recoverable cost has been incurred, we will normally cancel and refund the payment to the original method.

After transfer begins or completes

Once an account push, registrant change or registrar transfer has begun, cancellation may be technically impossible. After the buyer receives control of the domain, sales are generally final. We will nevertheless remedy a failure to deliver, an incorrect domain supplied by us, or another issue for which applicable law requires a refund or remedy.

Failed transfer

If we cannot deliver the purchased domain for a reason attributable to us, the buyer may choose a full refund or, by agreement, another domain. A buyer’s failure to provide accurate details, create a suitable registrar account or respond to transfer requests is not our failure to deliver.

Timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers determine when the credit appears.

Mandatory consumer cancellation or remedy rights remain unaffected.
