1. Scope

These terms apply to domain names offered and sold by BLN GLOBAL LLC through this store. A domain sale transfers the registrant rights to the domain named in the order. Website code, historical content, trademarks, social accounts, email data and other assets are excluded unless expressly listed in writing.

2. Offers and orders

An invitation to make an offer is not acceptance. We may accept or reject an offer until a written confirmation or checkout link is issued. For fixed-price listings, an order is accepted when payment is successfully authorised and we send an order confirmation. Obvious pricing or technical errors may be corrected; if payment was taken, it will be returned.

3. Buyer responsibilities

The buyer must provide accurate contact and registrar information, have authority to buy, and independently check whether the intended name and use conflict with law or third-party rights. We do not grant trademark rights and do not promise that a domain is suitable for a particular business, advertising platform or search ranking.

4. Payment

Prices are shown in the checkout currency. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and processed by Shopify Payments or the method selected there. Taxes, bank conversion charges and future registrar renewal fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless the order expressly states otherwise.

5. Transfer and cooperation

After confirmed payment, we contact the buyer using the checkout email. Delivery may be by registrar account push, registrant change or an authorisation code. The buyer must respond promptly and maintain a compatible registrar account. Registry or registrar locks, verification requirements and transfer rules can affect timing.

6. Risk and control

Control passes when the domain reaches the buyer’s registrar account or the buyer receives and successfully uses the transfer authorisation needed to complete delivery. The buyer is responsible for renewal, DNS and security after control passes.

7. Cancellations and refunds

The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost traffic, search ranking changes, third-party platform decisions or a buyer’s chosen use of the domain. Our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where a mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to BLN GLOBAL LLC in Wyoming, USA, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence.
